Pirate’s Cove Adventure Golf
In our opinion, this is the best overall mini golf experience in Orlando. Located right next to ICON Park, Pirate’s Cove features two 18-hole courses with an immersive pirate theme that never feels cheesy.
We’ve found that the Captain’s Course is perfect for families with younger kids, while Blackbeard’s Challenge offers more difficulty for experienced players. The courses wind around waterfalls, caves, and a massive pirate ship. What we really appreciate is the attention to detail in every hole.
Our Take: This is our go-to recommendation for families. The $20.50 price tag is worth it for the quality and the kids get gift bags at the end, which is a nice touch.

We really like the creativity here, though at $24 it’s the priciest option on our list. The course is indoors and features upside-down rooms, optical illusions, and bizarre obstacles you won’t find anywhere else.

We’ve played both courses multiple times, and we can’t pick a favorite between “Invaders from Planet Putt” and “The Haunting of Ghostly Greens.” Both deliver on humor and clever obstacles. What we really appreciate is that despite the spooky names, neither course is actually scary for kids.
The 1950s drive-in movie theater theme is executed perfectly, and we’ve found the quality rivals anything Disney offers at a better price point.
Our Take: This is where we bring out-of-town guests who want a fun, themed experience without the premium Disney pricing.

Fantasia Fairways, on the other hand, is a legitimate miniature golf challenge. We’ve found that serious golfers actually enjoy this course because it mimics real golf with bunkers, water hazards, and longer holes.
Our Take: Great Disney theming at a reasonable price ($14), but we wish the courses had more shade. Play in the evening if possible.
